By now many of us will have fallen off our new years resolutions bandwagon and the perpetual state of body consciousness, unhealthy relationship with food and the eternal worrying about being seen naked or in a beach bikini is restored.
The Weigh Forward is a result of twenty years work dealing with the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual causes of weight, shape and body image. The subconscious is the most crucial factor in achieving a healthy body and mind, and yet the one never addressed in any diet or exercise programme or brushed very lightly over by certain people who claim they can make you thin.
The Weigh Forward programme deals with the deep rooted subconscious reasons your body holds onto weight or creates a cycle of continual worry around the subject and re-patterns, the soul and the mind into allowing you to achieve a weight and shape you are at happy with and can maintain in the long term.
Set in a purpose built residential centre, in the stunning countryside of West Wales, the five day residential retreat includes accommodation, meals and all workshop activities. This is an exclusive retreat and limited to only six places due to the depth and quality of work covered. Work that will include:
- A Pre retreat cleanse
- An understanding of your subconscious and own individual pattern with weight, shape and body image.
- Guided Visualisations
- Past life regression
- Creative tools such as journaling, clay modelling and Vision-boarding
- A practical programme and tools to achieve your desired goals
Cost: £695 fully inclusive
