Linamia is an extraordinary, breathtaking and secluded house standing majestically on the most North Easterly point of the Island of Corfu. Recently built, it has five large double bedrooms, with their own bathrooms, all overlooking the pristine waters of the Ionian Sea towards Albania. Each room has a terrace or balcony with a 270-degree view. The house is highly secluded, standing alone on a beautiful headland, surrounded by quiet olive groves. It is a mere four minute walk down a private road to the sea, leading to a 500 metre seafront with a sunbathing, fishing or swimming terrace.
The house also features a very large infinity swimming pool with a dining area, stone pool house with kitchen, shower and bathroom. On the small hill above the property there is a spectacular covered terrace with a 360- degree view of the island. The house itself is surrounded by a generous terrace that is ideal for sunbathing and entertaining.
There are three members of staff including a couple to cook two or three meals a day, look after the house and pool and do any driving to and from the airport. Furthermore there is a cleaning lady who cleans the rooms every day. The house is fifteen minutes’ drive to both Kassiopi and Acharavi, and close to many excellent restaurants. Other features include Sky television, broadband internet, a state-of-the-art room-to-room sound system, and a cinema in the basement.
