Colin Barnes has, for the past 25 years, has been a preeminent figures in the footballing world. After an extensive playing career he spent 14 years in management and during this time he began applying his wealth of knowledge and skill to become a goalkeeping coach. His skills have been employed by some of the greatest goalkeepers in the business and he is extremely passionate about nurturing new talent and encouraging young players. He currently works with some of the most gifted up and coming players to help shape them for a professional football career.
Colin currently holds the UEFA A Licence, FA Goalkeeping A Licence, FA Youth Coaches Award 12 – 16 and the Academy Managers Licence Award, a range of qualifications that very few coaches can boast.
Throughout the summer Colin will be running a range of dynamic coaching sessions for those looking to improve their goalkeeping skills. During your time on the course you will be introduced to Colin’s unique and highly successful training technique and no matter what level you are at he will help you improve your skill, and those who Colin deems to be of a good enough standard will even be recommended to professional clubs.
You can chose between a more intensive three day course or from a range of one day courses. MACS couldn’t recommend Colin more highly!
Course 1 – 3 day Course
Monday 23 rd, Tuesday 24th, Friday 27th August 2010
Course 2 – 1 day Course
Monday 2nd, Thursday 5th, Monday 9th, Thursday 12th, Monday 16th, Thursday 19th Tuesday 31st August and Thursday 2nd September 2010
*Pick any 3 days at a cost of £100 per child for a 3 day course.
*Individual days can be booked at £40 per day per child
*Book all 14 day courses and a reduction may apply – £275 that is less than £20 per day.

Courses run from 10am till 3pm. Pack lunch and plenty of drinks are required. Any medical history needs to be passed on to the coach.
